I am running a FREEDOM CAREER TRAINING for youngsters to distinguish what is freedom and what is career in life. It is also for youngsters who are employed and having career guidance challenges too.
I am seeing lot of challenges with youngsters to seek the right guidance to pursue their career. The basic ingredients of knowing their worth and embedding the value is missing in nutshell.
You should acquire the basics of Attitude, Skills and Knowledge (ASK) and start developing your life of freedom. It is not available in a platter to offer you like a bouquet. It is neither taught at school nor available in the academic curriculum. What you are learning at school is academics which is required as the next step towards a path of employment. Before that, you should learn about yourself to understand the life sequence. I can cite an example: When you plant a seed, you are knowing what is the seed, what is its benefits when it grows. It means you know the steps of what, when, why, how while getting a seed to plant at its seedling stage itself. As you sow, so shall you reap is a biblical statement.
Although you are knowing the benefits of planting a seed before hand, but it is really surprising, how students are unaware of their career path while growing as well as doing a schooling and then attending the college. Where is the barrier? It shall be well explored by students to lay an unshakable career growth foundation.
The pre career growth foundation is never discussed traditionally and the academic curriculum keeps pushing students to qualify for employments rather than knowing their real strength to compliments.

This is a Career Growth Blueprint, a curriculum designed for the students to go through the details under sub-headings and also do assigned exercises to hone your knowledge and fine tune yourself.
It teaches about your career choice and it should become your passion. The career by choice only not by chance shall be ever remembered.
Many times, you won’t understand the worth of oneself? When you think about a lifestyle, you are pushed towards a chance of education. After your education, you push yourself for employment. Does everyone succeed in that traditional psychological exercise? Why the majority become lifelong employees? Is your passion spontaneous or planned?
The purpose of the curriculum is encapsulated in the capacities in such a way for each student to be a successful learner, a confident individual, a responsible citizen and an effective contributor.
I have included my son's photo. He was not keen in Mathematics when he was studying 8th standard. Then I reviewed and coached him with what is the reality in education and then he passed out from IIT. This made me to think about the reality of the prevailing education system and then I have started Career Growth Blueprint curriculum. This becomes my personally challenged testimonial to show it to others, how to excel in career growth.
That amazing moment turn my life from a Multinational Company senior level professional into a Freedom Career Coach. I am passionate in coaching. So my teaching techniques help students to get into the career growth excellence.
